Flexible now, full-time later — maybe. Most of our roster works project-to-project. But when we're scaling up a team or landing a long-term client, we go to the people we already trust first. Submitting here puts you in that pool.

How It Works

2. We keep you on file. No deadline, no posting to expire. Your submission sits in our talent network until the right project or role comes up.
3. We reach out when it's a match. A single project. An ongoing retainer. A full-time seat, if we're growing your way. Whatever it is, we'll tell you straight.
Not exactly. We don't always have an open role, but we're always building our bench of people to call on — for one-off projects, ongoing freelance work, or full-time roles when we're hiring. Submitting here means we know who you are when the timing lines up.
Both. Most of our extended team works with us on a project or contract basis. When we do have full-time openings, we look at our existing network first — so freelance work with us can absolutely lead somewhere bigger.
We don't respond to every submission right away — this is a talent pool, not an inbox we clear daily. If there's a fit, we'll reach out when the timing's right. No fit yet doesn't mean no fit ever.
Not a dealbreaker. We care more about the quality of your work and how you think than whether your past clients were nonprofits. That said, a genuine interest in mission-driven work goes a long way with us.
